Workshops can be held at your home with a group of your friends or family. What a great way to celebrate the times you've shared and get to know each other even better!

No previous journaling or memoir experience is necessary. If you have begun your memoir process and need help getting your pen moving again, this is also the workshop for you!

In workshops we focus on:

  • Recalling life events and stories
  • Using all senses to trigger memories
  • Improving recall of conversations
  • The dilemma of sad and painful memories
  • Working through writer's block, procrastination, and perfectionism

Heirloom books are the ideal solution for people who just don't seem to find the time to sit down and write. Instead of writing, you and I will gather your stories by simply talking together on audiotape. I will listen and ask guiding questions when necessary while you reminisce. I will then transcribe the audiotape and edit for clarity. Your voice will come through when people read your memoirs, because the words on the page will be yours. You may edit my work to be sure your lifestory reads exactly as you wish. The pages are then bound in a durable hardcover.

Photos may also be scanned in to add even more depth to your words.

The Wedding Day Storybook is a unique way to include your guests in your special day and record stories from your life at the same time. I attend your reception and gather brief stories about the bride and groom from the wedding party, family, and guests. These stories will be an ageless treasure for many generations.

Each person who shares a story will also have his or her photo taken. The stories and photos are compiled and bound into a hardbound keepsake book to be cherished forever.

Whether as a gift to your children, grandchildren, or yourself, consider making arrangements for
The Wedding Day Storybook to capture the stories of your special day.

Wedding Day Storybook

No one is too young or old to begin writing about memorable moments.

Each story is an heirloom.
